Education & Up-skilling days for all hair professionals. You asked, we are delivering! We have created 6 customised courses open for all hair professionals to enhance their knowledge and keep up to date with all the latest trends & techniques, making yourself pliable & unique as a hairstylist.

We want everyone in this industry to succeed and support, we will always thrive to create a welcoming, friendly & supportive community. All of our courses will include lunch, models provided, educational material & goody bags.

All our courses are taught by Professional, experienced Educators, with guest educators on certain courses to keep our education current & exciting, no two courses will be the same!

We will have any upcoming courses available to purchase in "Events" when they are running, alongside our Shadow Day option.

Our Shadow Day is where you get to work alongside the owner of KGHD on a 1-1 basis talking about formulas, methods and everything hair related in depth! with an hour Q&A & full recap sent via email, with educational material & goody bags. We have a Zoom call prior to discuss what you wish to take away from the day, we then customise the clients & content accordingly, meaning its tailor made, just for you!

To top all of this off, when we thought it couldn't get any better, we have introduced Clear Pay onto our website. Meaning ALL our Education days & Events are affordable and accessible to all.

KGHD - All about the BlondMe

In this exciting course, students will spend the day learning everything they need to know about creative, lived in & global blondes. From terminology, placement & techniques, to formulas, ratios & aftercare. Covering the WHOLE BlondMe range, to give you expert knowledge on the products. The day starts with a morning of theory, with Q&As. In the afternoon, everything learnt will be practised on a model for your case study. Predominantly, this course will be lead by our highly qualified educators. We will also have guest appearances from educators highly respected and known in the hairdressing industry, these will be advertised in events when available and priced accordingly. These will be held in our beautiful salon setting, with no more than 10 students. or can be brought to your salon home.

Qualifications Required: Level 2 Hairdressing

KGHD - Extension Masterclass

In this advanced 2 day course, students will learn the theory, practical and understanding of 5 different extension methods. Micro Bonds, Nano Bonds, Fusion Bonds, Tapes & LA Weave. Taught by our highly qualified educators, accrediting and certifying our course as a recognised qualification and achievement. Day 1 will cover the theory, placement methods, consultations, aftercare & much more, we will also teach our students how to cut & blend the extensions.

Day 2 will cover a demo from our educator, along with practical from the students on all methods. Students will then be asked to do 5 case studies, one on each method to receive their qualification, ensuring all our students are trained to the highest standard. Any students needing a little more support will be invited on a zoom call for a short 1-1 with our educator for advice and critique to enable them to complete the course, this is included in the original course cost. All students will be given a list of our trusted wholesalers & a complete kit list to kick start them ready for their extensions journey. These courses are held in our beautiful salon setting with no more than 10 students. Or it can be brought to your salon home.

KGHD - Corrective Specialist

Join us on this advanced course to learn all about the corrective side of colouring! Box Dyes, Banding, Seepage, Nuetralising colour deposits and all the other corrective services a client may approach you with. Learn to be ready for anything and confident in knowing the solution. The day consists of a morning doing colour theory, learning the science behind the hair & learning how to keep the hairs health at the highest priority whilst achieving your clients wishes. The afternoon will consist of a case study putting all you have learnt into practice. This is a 1 day course, taught by our highly qualified educators.

KGHD - Fashionista

Enter the world of Fashion Shades! Learn all of our secrets behind the world of brights. Wether it's a pop of colour, a full transformation or pastel shades. Throughout the day we cover the full theory, consultations, the importance of prep work behind fashion shades. We look at the colour wheel in depth, talk through the importance of aftercare and cover the whole ELUMEN & ELUMEN PLAY range. Not to mention a FULL demo from our highly qualified educators covering the exciting placements and techniques for that magical hair colour. We will also have guest appearances from educators highly respected & known in the hairdressing industry. These will be advertised in events when available and priced accordingly. These will be held in our beautiful salon setting with no more than 10 students. Or we can come to your salon home. Certificate Upon Completion.

Join us for this micro course on everything you need to know about running your business. Complete theory based course talking through all aspects of running a business, client & money management, social media running & growing your audience and insights. A full 4 week programme timeline for kick starting your business. This course is ran by fully qualified educators & guest visits from Business entrepreneurs. This course will be held in our beautiful salon setting with a maximum of 10 students, or we can come to your work placement.

KGHD - Style Your World

Join us for this fantastic day course entering the world of styling! Have you always had a passion for wedding & occasion hair? If so, this is perfect for you! A very practical based course, getting hands on creating beautiful styles. Ran by our highly qualified educators we will cover Glamour Blow Dries, Wedding Hair & Occasion styling, with adding hair into occasion hair. Using our trusted techniques & methods with a list of our go to products for that perfect long lasting style. We touch base with our theory into the world of styling hair, with a demo from our educator, then the students will work on their practical case studies performing all they have learnt. This course will sometimes have guest appearances from educators which are highly talented and known within the hair industry. These will be advertised in events when available and priced accordingly. We hold this course in our beautiful salon with a maximum of 10 students, or we can come to your salon home.
